Non-Zektbach cosplay?

Well I see many of us here are great and talented cosplayers (Except me)
So how about we'll also discuss about our other, non-Zektbach cosplays?
Any cosplays you've done before and feel proud of?
Any projects you work on now?

Alright I kinda don't like the cosplays I've done so far so I'm afraid of showing them ,u_u,''
My next cosplay is a gender swap version of Shin from Hokuto no Ken (AKA Fist of The North Star) for a cosplay meeting next month... I'm kinda scared of making it but IMMA DO IT ANYWAYS! Hopefully it'll be a good one for a change

Anyways.. How about you guys? ;w;

I've got a lot of cosplays planned, I know I'm doing a genderbent Durarara! with a friend of mine, a cloaked person from the game Journey and Rose Lalonde from the webcomic Homestuck and a couple more but I'm not worrying about them yet!

I'm mostly fixing up older costumes right now, such as teacher Yoko from Gurren Lagann, I'm completely redoing the skirt and I'm thinking about a new wig maybeeeee. And then I just finished Nice Holystone from Baccano!, but the scar makeup got everywhere. I hope a trip to the dry-cleaners will fix that, I would hate to remake anything. OTL

The only two new cosplays on my list right now other than Hannes are Sakuya from Fatal Frame IV and Farnese from Berserk, but I haven't started either of those. Ahhh, I suck. ;0;

Ah... The only one I'm proud of right now is Hannes though.... ; w ;

I did recently made Gust from Hyperdimension Neptunia. It was alright. Although the sleeves may be something I would like to fix in the future if I have the time and patience. xD

Also, since I'm press for time and the next con will be in a week (plus Finals is in the same week -sob-), I'm going to attempt to make Saya from Blood-C on this weekend. I have the shirt already which I used from my fail!attempt in Fatal Frame of one of the twins (I forgot what their names, argh....). So now all I have to sew in the red decoration and skirt which should be no problem. ^^

After the con fest and finishing up Hannes, I'll probably move on to Vocaloid and Magi. O:

The only cosplay I did until now was a Nox cosplay with Sigmatic Rufina. It was kinda a quick impviced cosplay I made very quick in a quick decide I wanna join her Matin cosplay.

Well, aside for that I did kind of many cosplays, but my favorite one is my "Erika Furudo" cosplay, from Umineko No Naku Koro Ni ( My main fandom). I re-cosplayed her at least 4 times I think, I'm really attached to this character. I will probably post a picture later.

As Sigmatic Rufina said, I plan to cosplay Lien, and I also want to cosplay Kukaru. (Cosplaying the dead. orz)

I think for my non Zektbach one will be a photoshoot of Himari from Mawaru Penguindrum.
My mum helped making that one orz.
Many of many plans are crowded with Zektbach or MAYA related stuff lol.

For the life of me, I have really no idea and spend the past week trying to find out what is that metal thing hole (for her chains) on Saya's collar called.
Newb question, does anyone know what that is or how to make one (or two)? Q________________Q

Oh, hey! I just played with those for my friend's Sailor Aluminum Siren costume! They're called "Eyelets". You can buy them at most fabric/craft stores if you do a little digging around! You need a Garment gun to insert it, however. The guns have a pretty broad price range, I've seen a few for cheap on Ebay before~

Well, I have cosplayed for several years now, though my skills in sewing lack....greatly xD

I'm most proud of my cosplay of Fujiwara no Mokou from the Touhou Project. It has been the first one that I have actually made all on my own. Sadly, I am not good enough to create the bows, so the cosplay is lacking a major piece to it :c I have done several other cosplays as well, but all of those have been bought and pieced together, rather then handmade.

I love Malchut's Mokou cosplay, it's nice~! And it will have bows someday~

My best non-Zektbach cosplay is my Satori, from Touhou project~



The last two pictures are taken by my friend Mary on her camera, with special effects and everything, so that's why they look so nice~

So many Touhou fans in here! Hahah, I wish I had one to show, but my Marisa costume is still only like, half complete. Thinking about finishing her up for MAGfest, though. XD

You guys are so awesomeeee, I wish we could meet up for Touhou/Zektbach photoshoots or something.

I cosplayed Utsuho(Okuu) once with a few friends and we did a maskquerade of "Okuu's Nuclear Fusion Dojo", it was so much fun x'3
The next Touhou cosplay I want to make is Yuuka Kazami ;w;

I can't really pick a favorite cosplay of mine, per say. I adore dressing as Hinawa, from Mother 3, because it's really comfy and pretty much my favorite game ever, but then I'm also really proud of how well Nice from Baccano! came together, so I want to wear it everywhere (but don't because I would look really weird in public *sob*)

The last non Zektbach that I have done, in which I have the photos processed from the photographer is smooooch. Lol non-zektbach but still Beatmania and MAYA related XD;


The smooooch one was a composite project the photographer want to try his hand on, the actual costume is only the blue smooooch.

Here, I found a semi-good picture of me wearing my Mokou. Though I'm not to fond of it myself, as it needs a looot of work still. It has basically been in the same condition for two years now x.x (I hate my lack of sewing skills)

Another cosplay that I have done (and am actually quite proud of!!! o3o ) is Marluxia from Kingdom Hearts. I actually created a to-scale scythe for this one (its over 7 feet tall! xD). Sadly, due to carelessness on my part, and the idiocy of some people, it broke in half :c
